RETURNS

1) Original receipt is needed for product exchange within 30 days after purchase.
2)  Product purchased with a discount can be exchanged based on the discounted amount.
3) Product can be exchanged if there is a manufacturing fault.

4) Products can be exchanged provided that the products are in new and original condition.

5) Following items cannot be exchanged:
     a. Socks, inner wear, camisole
     b. Items that has been sent to alteration
6) Pinoy Bargains reserves the right for final decision.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Pinoy Bargains deliver to a Philippine address only.  We have a shop in the Philippines and offer collection for free.

 

How do I return an item?

 

You may return the item to our shop in the Philippines in person or though a courier. Please check our Return Policy first. 

 

What is your returns policy?

How do I track my order?

 

We would send you a message with the tracking number once we have sent your order or once your order is available for collection. You may contact us if you need more details.

 

How can I contact your couriers?

 

We would be providing you a tracking number for your reference.

We can send the item through a courier or send the item to our shop in the Philippines  for collection.
